Hi, I’m Loren.

I wear two hats: as a content writer, I love crafting a story to engage an audience. As a technical writer, I’m interested in communicating high-technology concepts to everyday people.

My Bio

I’m a technical and content writer with 13 years of communications experience and 7 years of experience in the tech world.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in communications from The University of Tasmania in 2009. While writing and communications are my passion, in 2015 I decided to explore my interest in the tech world and I enrolled at RMIT, studying web development technologies, Java, agile development and Autodesk Maya for animation.

Since then, I’ve freelanced and contracted across a range of industries - IT, not-for-profit, healthcare, financial, legal and government and I’ve written feature articles, blog posts, grant applications, video scripts, social media posts, newsletters, UX copy, product descriptions, release notes, how-to guides, and other technical documents in both Australia and abroad.
